Great news for all the hot yoga lovers out there!
Coco Hot Yoga Studio is now open in Ibiza, and it's quickly becoming a hot spot (quite literally!).
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Bikram yoga, it's a practice that involves a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, performed in a room that is heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and has a humidity level of 40%.
This intense practice was developed by Bikram Choudhury in the 1970s and has since gained popularity all over the world.
At Coco's new studio, you'll have the opportunity to practice Bikram yoga with Sebastien, a world-renowned teacher with over 15 years of experience in the practice. His classes are dynamic, fun, and rich in intensity, and will challenge you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Sebastien will take you outside of your comfort zone and guide you on the path of this wonderful discipline in order to transform your life.
By practising Bikram yoga in the hot room, you'll not only work on your flexibility, strength, and balance, but also on your patience, determination, willpower, and concentration. The heat and humidity will help you to detoxify your body and increase your cardiovascular endurance, all while enhancing your overall well-being.
It's important to remember that in order to get the most out of your hot yoga practice, you should avoid eating any food two hours prior to class and be well-hydrated. And don't worry if you're a beginner, Sebastien will guide you every step of the way and make sure that you have a safe and enjoyable practice.
